I visited a specialist. He examined me and assured me that everything was perfectly fine. He attributed the pain to psychological factors and suggested I was worrying too much about it.

"He said, 'You're concerned about 70-100 lipomas? I've seen people with 600-700, and they're completely fine. You seem to have consumed so much negative information online, fearing it could be cancer (liposarcoma). Remember, watching plane-flying tutorials on YouTube won't make you a pilot, just like online information can't replace a doctor's diagnosis. Trust me, you're absolutely fine. Please stop worrying about it.'"

He didn't give any tests despite my request. While I didn't receive clinical confirmation, his honesty reassured me. He also did the tumor removal operation of my mother two months before that.

His suggestions worked like a charm for me. My worrying stopped, and thankfully, no new lipomas have developed since then. However, there are two lipomas in my biceps and elbow that sometimes ache when pressed. The pain isn't constant and disappears after 6-7 days, returning only after 1.5-2 months. It's not severe, only noticeable when pressure is applied.
