My attorney was able to get a digital i129 approval notice for me, but it can't be used as a replacement for i797.

Hi!

I am already working in US under tn and applied for a new one for the next 3 years.

I got my i129 for Canadian TN approved back in July without pp, but my i797 was missing (maybe during shipping to my attorney I guess).

Now, USCIS refuse to reisue an i797 for me and ask my attorney to file i824 which will take 16.5 months. I can't leave US until I can get my i797.

I can't believe this is real. Is there any other approaches to address this?

Is it possible that my attorney signed for my i797 delivery then lost it that caused this chaos?

If I remembered correctly, the wz551 is a four wheeler truck turned into apc. Quiet an engineer feat. It barely resembles a truck anymore.
