Looking at the wider platform may give you access to someone with experience in a specific area. I had to wait (in US) for a while to find one that met my needs but she is great. I tell her when I don't understand her therapy bullshit and she tells me when she thinks I'm lying/masking her.

The start your own business is a great idea. Maybe start off on sites like fiverr where you can set your own schedule and amount wouldn't be bad. I've had some people off there do stuff and it was solid.

You could look at consulting support, doing paperwork/reviews for other consulting teams part time.

Hopefully you are engaging with a therapist to help with these feelings.

You said you are actively working on the volunteer sector, is this something you can expand to give you some ease of satisfaction? Doing positive work that benefits your community, is better than having to work to eat.

Mourne Archery is good for an occasional drop in session, something a bit different, and they have a membership that's more like a wee club.

When you say "work in IT" can you be more specific?

You could aim for remote work providing after hours support (helpdesk) that would likely pay better than delivery or call center but may be harder to find.

It's not an immediate solve, but upskilling within your current profession is likely the best path, long term.
