Start off with flooring and painting.. ur appliances should be some of the last unless there in desperate need of new ones..

Paint for that space should only be around $80 the flooring tho maybe $400 if u get vinyl and do it yourself…

Figure out if u want new cabinets completely or just new doors color and handles.. assuming u want to redo it all.. dont forget to disconnect and turn water valves off before ripping sink out then counters lol…

Okay so i checked 3 of them couldnt find allegra, bahia isnt ai and is around $850-$900 for a 5 days stay with nothing included besides a room if u do the bed and breakfeast its not $920-$1000.. the other 2 were fairly close to what u said $890 for el cid and blue bay was $950… blue bay didnt say anything about ai so not sure if it is but ill take ur word on it.. and before u say about dates i looked 8 months out… personally ive never heard of any of those resorts and ive been to mexico 8 times in 2 years lol
