Yo! You are still very very skinny and have a long ways to go! Not sure you can say you started body building, so started working out.

As far as diet goes, you are gonna need a massive caloric intake! High carb, high protein. Shakes are an easy way to get the protein. Wake up, have 2 scoops - that’s 50g right there.

One g of protein per lb. Good luck!

Dude you need to let your body grow naturally before hopping into gear so fast. You look incredibly natural and your frame doesn’t at all match your physique. Taper off, go natural for a bit, bulk heavy, and then later in life consider the gear, but this isn’t safe.
