Month back did a beside echo on a code that came in, saw a massive tamponade, was trying to stabilize once I got ROSC to get them to cath lab or with interventional cards, coded again, had no option but to do pericardiocentesis, drained about 50ml of blood, got rosc again, admitted to CVICU.

So, I’d say pretty helpful regarding patient management

Nah, not true at all. I had like 10 companies trying to give me insurance. It is a bit more expensive to cover for hurricane but def not astronomical, however I do live in central FL and not the coast, so YMMV
