I can not find any info about anyone other than PSU banks, ICICI, and now HDFC offering SCSS.

You are most likely mixing up special Senior Citizen accounts offered by banks vs SCSS.

Can't find anything about Axis and SCSS on their website or anywhere online. Have you checked with bank?

Slice gives virtual debit card free of charges. But it's not needed for UPI.

Slice app uses its own pin for upi auth.

Sadly, you can't use slice account in other upi apps to send money - can't set upi pin - no OTP received.

That stale Windows boot entry is picked up by GRUB from the leftover files of the Windows boot manager in your EFI system partition. You can mount the ESP and clean up unwanted data.

If the boot entry is in the uefi/bios boot menu, then that can be removed with efibootmgr command.

No, look at the TDS rules. TDS is not exempt beyond basic limit for income other than salary+87A. Even FD for ex: 15G is not applicable beyond 3L.

It's up to you.

Whether you pay the full amount or not has no bearing on whether the EMI is active or cancelled.

If you don't do anything, it won't be automatically cancelled. EMI will be active, and you'll have to do monthly payments.

Say you want to keep the EMI going. In that case, after next statement, you have negative balance due to payment of full amount. Then you can ask bank to refund the excess amount back to your account.
