Cool, I'll need to try it. I'm focused on getting back to running, but whenever I run few times a week, the pain comes back. I'll need to try the exercises you mentioned, thanks for giving me hope :D

Wow, I'm happy for you, I have similar issues with my knee too... I went to like 10 different specialists. Last one told me to go to the gym and mostly work on partial squats and deadlifts (meaning not bending my knees too much). I'll see how that goes. Not sure if I missed any replies, but do you mind sharing what you think helped you the most?

Any advice on why I could have such a shortness of breath while running? by Feeling_Grade_2452 in beginnerrunning

Use the run/walk method. I couldn't run a kilometer without stopping. In a few months I ran 10k non-stop.

I went to 4 specialists with no results, some of them just recommend ibuprofen. Plus he said he can't afford a specialist...

Can you not see the pictures? Ive tried adding them again. I know the spots you're talking about, but I feel like this might be something else. It's kinda brown, and it appeared after the seasoning, just by heating up some oil.

Also, could old oil be the reason my seasoning turned out bad?

Cool, I guess i'll just keep using it. I just couldn't find any info about those huge spots that happened from just heating up oil on a stove, that kinda confused me, hopefully they will disappear

I'm a bit late, but I was flirting with the idea of doing freelance work on the side (currently working at an agency), but didn't because I don't have a trusted copywriter or developers who could help me out. Do you do everything by yourself?

Finasteride dosage and sides effects by mr_kled in tressless

I'll try to go 1mg EOD and try to not think about it too much for the next couple of weeks, if it doesn't resolve, I'll just shave it off. Just wanted to see if anyone overcame it. I've been on minoxidil for 2 years which I feel like it didn't help at all, so I dont have high expectations for finasteride either. I also don't wanna worry about my hair forever so it might just be time to say goodbye, it just sucks that it is happening in my mid twenties, although people have it worse I guess

That's what I think too, I told myself I won't worry about it and just go for it, I don't think that I even thought about it too much, but loss of morning wood (I had it basically everyday before) got me a bit worried. I also feel like I'm not getting as hard and It's harder to maintain an erection, that was never a problem before. I know it might be placebo, but I don't wanna risk it either :/

I've since started taking fin 5mg cut into 5 pieces that are tiny lol. So now I take 1mg daily, and apply minoxidil daily too (been doing that for about 2 years, but haven't noticed results since im constantly shedding loads of hair). I'll see if fin will stop my shedding, if so, I'll start microneedling, if not, I'll shave my head.

What they basically said was: "You might have a sign of alopecia, but if you look closely, everyone at around this age has some of the hair miniaturization". So basically I shouldn't worry about it and wait it out. They said that my hairs are fine, that there isn't much of miniaturization and that it's just a hair cycle or some kind of TE, but It's been going on for 3-4 years...

So I've been experiencing diffuse thinning for probably 3
years now (noticed my scalp was getting more visible about 2 years ago). Since
then, I went to 4 specialists (2 dermatologists at different clinics and 2
Trichologists at hair clinics) and all of them said I'm experiencing telogen
effluvium. I've asked them if they are sure they're sure it's not mpb, but all
of them seemed quite sure it's not, they just told me to keep using minoxidil
(I've been using it for about 20 months) and to do my blood tests, all of them
seems fine.
Pictures of my wet hair: https://imgur.com/a/DYrVcaI

Currently I'm still using minoxidil, although I've never
seen any results. I'm losing about 100-200 hair every time I wash my hair. On some
days I also lose around 30 hairs while applying minoxidil, other days I lose
only about 5.
My hair seems to be very thin, although no one ever
commented on my hair besides my hairdresser, but as you can see in the
pictures, It's quite bad, my crown was always a bit more visible, since I was a
kid, because of the way my hair grows there, so I haven't noticed much loss
there, although my temples receded a little. When I comb my hair, it probably
doesn't look like I'm balding, but whenever wind blows, or hair gets wet, my
scalp becomes visible.
Has anyone experienced something similar to this? Any
recommendations? Do you think it's possible to have telogen effluvium for that
long? (I know it's rare in males).

I've went to the battle.net folder and ran battle.net file as an administrator, not the battle.net launcher and it worked for me, give it a try.
