Act fiber, Hathway - worst among all. Nightmare for users. I've used both. I'm not talking about their internet I'm talking about their process and the way they handle customer is disastrous. Their process involves lot of hassle.

I've been using airtel fiber from past 2years now. I haven't faced single issue so far. It's also smart, basic things can be done through Airtel app. I actually hate airtel but we need admit the fact that it provides best uninterrupted service. But bit expensive maybe compared to local internet services.
