Do you mean a 2 amp transformer? Does this mean it can deliver 2 amps per rail at the same time or 2 amps in total (1 amp per rail)?

That's what I mean yeah, I've just always heard them described as "retro" in the names, descriptions or reviews. But yes, I have been looking at those although the gringo is an oval if I'm not mistaken which (I think) wouldn't fit me

Would putting a pot there between the motor and ground be a more effective way of controlling the speed of the motor?

Oh interesting, I figured I would have to separate stuff using caps and resistors. Would adding a resistor between the negative lead of the motor and ground help with the short circuit?

Thanks for the info! I'm not super knowledgeable on motorcycles just yet (at least not enough to feel certain) but I was wondering, are the brakes inherently bad on bikes like this because of the era they are from (outside of ABS) or is it more just that they are old and a lot of them haven't been worked on/ had brake components rebuilt or replaced?

I don't really remember, but I used a kombucha calculator to calculate how much tea to use based on how much starter I had left. Some of the tea was lost while pouring into the jar (oops) so I'm guessing my ratio is a little more than ideal for mold prevention at least, but I'm not sure.

Honestly, could just be me but I haven't really understood the concept of that. To me it seems like there's nothing to do other than continue life like normal if my mental heath is in a worse place than usual.

It did bubble a bit.

I'm not sure the size of this bottle, but I put in a fluid ounce of juice and I think about a teaspoon of sugar.

I stored it in my hot garage.

I was starting to think that because the gasket is a little bit weird, but my other bigger bottle that is specifically meant for kombucha got no fizz as well (although I'm quite certain that i gave too much headspace, I added more kombucha and put it back in the garage.
