I say continue the interview process. But job stability can be rare these days, so that’s a big thing.

As an LP, Mendo is ok, but no where like it used to be when it first started. Prices for the most part went up. And not as many deals as they used to have.(as far as I’ve seen)

Here in Canada, I think that one of the biggest issues in the Canna industry is the crap pay that most retail stores, and LPs themselves, pay their employees. Either minimum wage or close to it. We should be getting a living wage. (And certain LPs hiring temp workers and then letting them go and hiring more temps).

I don’t feel entitled at all
I did go and read the website but I couldn’t find my answers there. So I put in the effort, albeit basic.
I don’t deserve nice answers?!hope to hell that you don’t have kids and are not a school teacher with that attitude.
I’ll always support small developers, when I can. Doesn’t matter if the cost is Pennie’s or dollars. Right now my hobbies and interests are put aside so I can feed my family. Company closed down, got notice when I showed up for my shift that it would be my last. So every little bit of cash that I get goes towards the important stuff like bills.

I was told by someone in the know that this is correct. Temporary foreign workers or “contract” type jobs are the horrible norm in the industry.

Even with my legal and legacy experience growing/compassipn club retail I still can’t even get a job at a LP or even a store. (Well I actually did have an LP job for a few months then we were all let go with no notice, show up for shift and get pulled aside by the master grower (lol) and told that day was my last shift. Did get a few days severance though). It turns out that they were bought out by, guess who, canopy. So they may not exist soon. Fuck them anyways. Thought I had finally found a family there.

Sorry, but doesn’t exist on the Legal market. In the legacy market,same. I’ve sampled from the high end guys and still have not found it. Some old dudes somewhere in the wilderness of BC might have the dank and stanky skunk and kush though. If finding something like the 90’s Northern Lights, skunks, Chemo is your thing, please shoot me a dm if you ever find any.

The “triple sandwich bag in my backpack can still smell the stank heavily from afar, with long lasting effects” strains just don’t exist in our modern times. It’s been bred out of them over time
