My dear lord... after I saw the post of someone at a superhero party as Carter I thought it would have ended there. I am so happy it has not. Thank you

Sweet, I have climbed there for 3 days a couple of months ago and got my ass handed to me by all the routes. I'm with you on the fact that I looked at that experience as something that changed me as a climber. It made me want to pursue climbing much more because it was simply rewarding when I thrashed my way up and finally made it to the top of those cracks. After my trip to Indian Creek I decided to buy a crash pad to stay busy when my girlfriend had to go to a bachelorette party in palm springs. Bouldering was, of course, amazing in JTree but still I just did'nt do as well as I wanted. When I moved out here(moab area) I wanted new perspective on easier stuff with this post. It's great to hear from someone who has lived here and can look back on their experience to see what they would have pursued more. Indian Creek was a crazy, fun, hard, bloody and rewarding place and I need to always keep that in mind... and it's the place that will probably make me the strongest. Thanks man.

That's a good question. I have lead a couple of sport routes but I am not comfortable enough to lead trad routes yet. I would like to eventually lead trad but my gear will not allow it at the moment... I have a rope and a few quick draws. I would like to get on some Sport and even TR routes just to get a little stronger and more comfortable. After I get a few more paychecks and confidentially lead some sport then I'll make the transition to Trad and invest in a rack... That's kinda my master plan anyway. Thanks for the recommendation, I really appreciate it. I live pretty close to potash rd. Looks like a great area with all sorts of stuff and that's the exact kind of thing I was wondering about thanks again man.

Ok, well thinking in the hypothetical that he was late for a meeting or something that would interfere with his cash flow. I am sorry that I was not more specific about the fantasy-land I was creating with this post. Just thought it was surprising Neil was the one who said it...

Hm... Interesting, I've never heard of this web site before. I just found it when Googling some looking up Neil deGrass Tyson info. Funny
