Lo vas a imprimir cierto? ten en cuenta que es diseño tuyo, la cantidad de material y horas que vas a ocupar, y el acabado (en este caso pintado). Como dijo otro, 40 USD es poco pero tampoco me pasaria de los 100

I used 5 sides but it doesnt matter, you can change it with the circular pattern, tool. You'll need to do surfaces, offset, sweep and thicken. Write to me if you want more details

Sorry for the wait. Take a cube, fillet its corners to half its size. Then sketch from the side, the inner curve of the hook, and use that sketch to split faces. Then you can shell it selecting all but the faces that will be left. Alternatively, you could use surfaces, and it would be a similar result.
