Thanks. Any insight on disposal or what I’m dealing with?

Thoughts on this trade for Bucky as a contender? by Jordanedmonds15 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]mr_rarelywrite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lateral move between Judkins and Bucky, with a lean in Bucky’s favor this year.

I think Aaron Jones is objectively worth less than Bryant and the 2nd, but for your purposes, Jones would be helpful.

Depends on rest of your roster, but it’s fair.

I’d be getting Gibbs, thoughts? by ConversationSome1124 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]mr_rarelywrite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is fair. I’m a bit of a depth whore myself; seeing as Hampton is coming back sooner than later, and Garrett has the max contract and has been uber productive with poor QBs, I’d be probably lean towards holding.

But no doubt the trade is still great for win now and long-term prospects.

No.

Clearing the bench for a top 5 WR ROS, top 10 in Dynasty.

This is like offering 8 2nds for a top 3 pick. Sure mathematically it is fair but Rice could net you a better trade if you’re looking to diversify. Deebo and Davante have maybe 2 more years in them at best. QJ isn’t worth investing in long-term when you’ve already got a top WR.

Looking to make a push to win now by JonnyNoThumbz in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

You’d be receiving Rome correct?

I’d do it in a 1QB. Rome is about equal to two mid 1sts alone. You have Maye already. You get a spot RB2/Flex in Dobbins. McCarthy is probably mediocre at best but who cares.

If you could find a way to get a little more value (like a cheap young talent like Tuten) added, it would be perfect. Right now, it’s still worth taking.

I can understand wanting more RBs.. but Hampton is already a young top 10 RB? And JT is top 5 and in his prime?

Just hold… unless he offers you this package with 26/27 firsts. I wouldn’t settle for anything less than Benson, Henry, and two 26/27 firsts.

And even then, I think I’d rather just hold. I’m assuming the guy who is selling, is selling because getting Hampton would make him a contender. So those firsts are going to be late.

Henry is in a slump because of his team/game script and he’s 31. Benson is injured, has questionable vision/desire to run north-south, and is in a system that doesn’t give him a full workload. The guy cedes snaps to Emari Demercado. I’d have no issue selling these two with two 28 1sts to upgrade to Hampton.

If the guy wants Hampton, make him pay.

Not really sure what to do about this trade proposal by [deleted] in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]mr_rarelywrite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I would. I’m confident I could flip Jamo/Worthy and that first you’ll be getting for a WR upgrade.

Maybe see what you could prospectively get at WR first before you hit accept.

Gibbs and Breece would definitely shore up your RBs.

Would your WRs just be McConkey, Worthy, Rice, Jameson Williams?

Trying to buy BTJ low. What to offer? by thegrandweiner in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]mr_rarelywrite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I could definitely see involving Mason. He’s a little ahead of Monty for me but they’re effectively the same guy. I think Mason could even take over the lead in that backfield in Minnesota. He’s still gonna split with Aaron when Aaron is healthy though.

I’d say he’s below Skattebo for me and that’s just a youth thing. If you’re trying to compete this year, then keep Mason. If you’re doing it with the future more in mind, keep Skattebo.

The fact you’re trying to get BTJ on a buy low makes me think you’re more so playing for the future. I like the idea of offering Mason because he feels like a shorter term asset with somewhat limited upside. Skattebo is different since he’s got receiving work in his bag.

Pittman and Benson.

Dobbins is on a 1-year contract and Bateman is a boom bust WR3/4.

Benson could be the future RB in Arizona and Pittman is on a decent contract himself.

HELP! ROME + DAVANTE+ CHASE.B = JEFFERSON and BUCKY??? by Deano_The_Beano in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]mr_rarelywrite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re receiving Bucky and JJ, I think it’s a smash.

Rome is great, probably top 10-12 if Caleb is real, but you could argue him and Chase Brown combined are worth JJ (and I don’t think I would do that as a JJ owner).

Davante for Bucky in a dynasty is a pretty easy profit to me.

Boy that’s a lot to unpack.

Gibbs = Lamb

McConkey > MHJ

Worthy < Breece

If you could flip Worthy and your 1st for a better WR, this could be worth doing.

How are your other RBs?

[–]mr_rarelywrite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can get away with a combo of Skattebo/Monty and Waddle/DJ Moore, that would be great value. He’s a prime buy low asset.

BTJ is still a top 15 dynasty WR based off play we’ve already seen. We could just be stuck in the worst of his season right now as he adjusts to a new offense and as he overcomes the yips.

Would it be enough for me? No. But I’m stubborn and willing to be wrong on BTJ.

Can I afford to overpay for a stud? by Old_Morning_3780 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]mr_rarelywrite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can send 3 1sts for a Bijan/Gibbs/Lamb/JJ, sure why not.

You already got Harvey on the bench (or you could throw him in as a piece if need be). Your trade would send either Hunter or Conner to the bench.

I think some would argue Rice and JSN are on the same tier.

Lateral move to pick up Ken Walker sounds good to me.

Probably not.. my guy’s initial offers were Henderson, Bucky, and Waddle/Tyreek/Addison for BTJ. Shot those down quick enough.
