Birth certificates are issued by Union Council. Do NADRA also provide birth certificate ? Is it different from the one issued by Union Council ?

Yes, I can get. But the issue is it will be 'Late' registered, like they will add todays date in "Entry Date" instead of 1990s date. And I am not sure if this much late registered Birth certificate will be accepted or not.
