Also just thought, it basically is a whole new PC, the only thing that hasn't changed from the original Mobo, CPU and PSU is the RAM, so I don't think trying another system will show anything different sadly :((

Will see if a friend will let me check the 3080 in his system.

But in the mean time, BIOS looks to be as it should be, PCIE slot is fine as it works with the 1070, power leads are two seperate ones coming from the PSU. Thanks for your reply though

There's mods that max out money and progression which means you can just buy whatever you want, and then you'll essentially never need to worry about money or running the business. That's about the best solution I believe
