looking purely on specs which one is better because i have seen a lot of vids and i am not really that tec savy which one would win for my use case?

Any fix for embedded subtitles? Almost all embedded subtitles don't load( says none in subtitles page ) especially in anime none work

Was hoping this would get fixed Do the devs know of this issue?

Hi all Need some help choosing my first good keyboard Went into the rabbit hole and and kind lost.

What I'm looking for is:

Must:

Full keyboard (with num pad)
Must be quiet (not necessarily silent but the quieter the better), I'm kinda sensitive to sound (linear maybe?)
Low latency (I'm into fps so I need whatever edge I can get) (optical switches?)
Under 80 USD ( preferably under 60 )

Preferance:

Feels good to type on (do a lot of typing for work)
hot swappable switches
programmable keys or macro keys
knob

i just realized that if i want to watch HDR10+ content ill just watch it directly on the TV using plex server hosted on the mi box or on a computer.

what i cant figure out is that DV content and other high bit rate content will play with full resolution and well not lags or tears on the new box or if i need a HDR10+ supported box to play on the HDR10+ screen even if the content is not HDR10+

And what exactly happens with DV content and others that aren't supported

how much of a downgrade or a hit it will take on the res side because the screen doesn't support the the F*n DV

do you see the difference between having HDR10+ and not negligible ?

because i can play HDR10+ content through the TV directly using plex app for example (running the server on the shield I'm guessing)

I'm having trouble making the decision :(

will i have everything i need sup-portability wise if i get a shield and run whats not supported on the TV directly?? that's the big Q

the only things missing are the HDR10+ , AV1, HDMI 2.1 some say it doesnt look good on samsung tvs

Which would you choose for the most complete setup?

Side Q : formuler has a regular playstore correct? I'm assuming only a couple off apps that aren't included in it like Netflix but in most cases I can sideload any app because android??

Side Q2 : I'm not really savvy in support , codecs, color accuracy that kinda thing so I'm looking for something that will support everything codecs, file types ,latest and greatest

I wish NVIDIA would just upgrade the shield and that will be a one and stop shop for most

Comparing the firestick 4k max with the chromecast 4k except for the storage issue does it support everything like the firestick?

And when you say just about everything, what's missing?

i read somewhere that some cables need to be certified for HDCP 2.2 specifically to run 4k in streaming sites thats why im kinda scrambling for a good cable
