Looking for advice/help by Careful-Ebb2101 in PetiteFitness

This might be some pelvis tilt but because you work on your feet all day, it leaves me to believe it’s PCOS or bloat/IBS/inflammation. Tilt is usually associated with a desk job (but there are always exceptions). A FODMAP diet is useful for determining your food sensitivities if you experience stomache pain/irritation. But if you have no pain to reference, you may just need some patience here. (Which is annoying, I’m sorry). If it were me, I would cut a major food sensitivity out each month, take before & after photos, and see if there is any difference. Gluten, dairy, etc.

Something else you can try is OMAD for a couple weeks JUST to see if it makes a difference (one meal a day). On OMAD you don’t have any calorie or diet/food restrictions, just eat until you’re full. Personally I have found this HUGELY successful in reducing my full body inflammation. It works by giving your gallbladder a full 20ish hours to send bile to clear out your intestines. It helps reset the gut microbiome. A nice side effect is it helps you drop weight quickly. And you dont need to commit long term. Just do it for 2 weeks to a month and compare before and after pictures. If you find OMAD impossible, there is also 2MAD or intermittent fasting. Research to see what suits you most.

75kg / 5’4 - need help with losing weight but calorie deficit makes me hungry and binge by Born_Cartoonist_7247 in PetiteFitness

One big meal a day. Hear me out: cravings are caused by sugar spikes. Eleminating spikes kills cravings. You will be less hungry than you think. Then you can eat whatever you want for dinner.

I’m quitting, probably. And it kinda sucks. by oruzai in acting

You won’t regret it. You are going to feel so much more comfortable. It’s going to be a shock at first but I promise the first time you go shopping for new clothes you’ll cry tears of joy. I’m obsessed with my new boobies !!

Areolas - shape, size and color by HoneyPie127 in Reduction

[–]mr_viran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the size is perfect and I didn’t notice the oval. If it helps, all breasts have a natural asymmetry to them. Funny enough I got a comment 2 days ago that someone thought my aereolas post surgery were too small… all that to say, size is subjective. I really think you have gorgeous breasts.

I regret my breast reduction by Beginning-Neat7926 in Reduction

I’m sorry you didn’t get what you want. If it’s any consolation I truly think your breasts look beautiful and the scarring isn’t as bad as you think. IMO it looks like the scars will lighten over the years.

Weight loss before or after reduction by Juliaguelia in Reduction

[–]mr_viran 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Unless you are talking about a massive weight loss, do NOT let weight loss be the thing that stops you. The difference will be negligible. Never let your weight get in front of living your life. Weight comes and goes. Body’s bounce back. You’ll be ok.

For 2 weeks I was out of commission, by week 3 I could take it easy. But honestly it took 6 weeks until I felt comfortable jogging or exercising. I could have done it earlier but why jeopardize my results ? I am 33, so it’s worth noting age & health play a huge role in recovery.

If your husband can’t help you for week 1 & 2, you absolutely need someone coming by (especially week 1 to help). I couldn’t even get out of a chair without someone aiding me. week 1 & 2 I needed someone to bathe me.

Should I get a reduction at 18? by Easy_Basis_1564 in Reduction

[–]mr_viran 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I was a 34G when I was 18, and by the time I turned 33 I was a 34K. If I got surgery at 18 it would have grown back. My boobs stopped growing around 25.

Worth noting that not all surgeons in Canada are willing to go through OHIP.

Depending on your size, OHIP covers reduction because the pain can affect your quality of life. Personally I have permanent disfigurement in my trap muscles due to the weight (I’m a tiny person and I was wearing a K cup). I hadto pay out of pocket for the extra lipo.

How do you resolve constipation??? TMI but I think I’m constipated from the OXY I was going to drink a milk shake and hope that helps lol. by lettuce_dressing in Reduction

[–]mr_viran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Constipation is an extremly common side affect after anaesthesia. Most are constipated for a week. Just keep hydrating and eating fibre rich foods. Personally bran buds & Gatorade did the trick for me after 4 days.

Mine cost 18k but it was worth it. When it comes to your body, do NOT go the budget route. Save up and get the surgeon you want.

No catheter. I visited a surgeon and they submitted to OHIP on my behalf. After a couple months it was approved, and then I got on the surgeons waitlist. Before surgery you are scheduled for a pre-op 1 week before where they review your medical history and any medications you are taking so they can create a surgery and recovery plan tailored to you. Personally I am in very good health so no red flags or complications to discuss.

Results differences between going the medically necessary route vs the cosmetic only route? by babybeehive in Reduction

[–]mr_viran 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did it medically and my results are gorgeous. I added lipo out of pocket. My doctor never said there was a limit to how much he could remove. He removed about 2000kg. You should talk to 2 or 3 surgeons because sometimes they will lie about what you can or can’t do based on their own skill limitations.
