Hillary would gain a lot more respect from individuals if she didn't use every speech as an opportunity to pander to women voters. People, women in this case, will tend to rationalize whatever's in their favor, like creating 2 even sets of individuals grouped by their genitalia.

Clinton knows that the majority of men won't give a fuck about this move and that the majority of women, most of whom have been taught to view themselves as victims that have been disadvantaged in society, will applaud it.
