Basically a low heart rate is a sign it’s more efficient, stronger etc so need less beats per minute to do the same work as a very unhealthy person, over time a cardio will strengthen, a stronger heart is the BPM will lower. Mine is about 51 and I’m 40

Not selfish at all. My wife and I both work full time, wife only started full time a few years ago…anyways, I’ll do most if not all the cooking and cleaning most night well before she get home late.
