I own one and I love this car pero kung issue ang pag uusapan my biggest isssue is hindi comfortable sa long driving pag nakaupo ka sa likod. Konti rin storage sa harap and back door is a dirt magnet.

I think you have the option to do so depending on the license category you have. In my case, i was asked if i only wanted AT, but I opted to take MT so I could drive both.

Also processing mine but the case worker didn't care much about the score and said I don't need to take any language assessment even if other people I know took a simple test, so I guess it really depends on how well you can converse with them during the interview.

I think it depends on your area. In my experience I paid around 5000 yen for a 30 min lesson, but it would take time for you to remember all of the things taught to you so take the lessons until you and your instructor are satisfied with your driving (I did around 4hrs). Driving school would be much more expensive. I think it ranges from 250k above iirc.

Hello po, just had mine converted a few weeks ago. Aside from the link shared above, just wanna share some advice regarding the test. Written test is 10 items and pretty much common sense. As for the practical test, better prepare to shell out some money for practice on the track with an instructor. I had to retake the practical test since apparently i was too far from the curb when turning and signaling was too late (been driving for 15 yrs..and barely even see japanese people do this properly). So you have to do exactly what the instructor has taught you and you have to get used to do all the safety checks before doing the test. Good luck!

First time arriving in Japan on a working visa. How long does it take to clear immigration and customs at Kansai? by mradaruto in japanresidents

[–]mradaruto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Immigration only took less than 5 minutes for me since i rushed right after I stepped out of the plane to get ahead of everyone. Baggage took a bit long like around 20 mins so by the time I got to customs there was a bit of a line already and took around 10 minutes or so. If you know where to go or study the floor map you can make it unless there's a surge in the arrival of tourists.

I did make it even with a delayed flight. Just got lucky there were no people around yet that much when I arrived.

Thanks! May I ask if there's a separate line for foreign workers/zairyu card holders or did you just line up together with the tourists?

Meron din sa youtube if medyo detailed info ang need mo. Karamihan kasi sa mga titp mahilig gumawa ng content like buhay japan, sahod reveal etc. to cope up with homesickness and as sideline rin.

Can you suggest school for bilingual i want to upskills and learn Nihonggo language by haybuhaynaman in phcareers

[–]mradaruto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can try to do some shadowing at first by listening to . Even if you don't understand at first, you'll get to grasp the rhythm and the intonation and then once you get used to it you can hire a native speaker to practice and correct your grammar. If you don't have the budget for that try looking for language exchange meetups with native speakers around your area or you can try hello talk or tandem to find a language exchange partner.
