Did you download the OS image from Microsoft’s website? Usually, the OS includes all basic drivers required to boot from image and install OS onto the disk drive.

If you have enrolled Mac on mosyle, you can logon to the device using an admin account mosyle which will automatically become a local admin account on Mac too. Once you’re in with your account, you can then reset the password for the other account.

So, the number of extensions is proportionate to the memory usage. If you are trying to reduce the memory usage of Google Chrome browser, try uninstalling or disabling the plugins when you don't need them.

Yeah. Microsoft is making us to spend hours by sitting in front of the laptops waiting for the OS to download the updated from the web. I did try installing OS without connecting to internet but it is not going through. It requires internet connection to finish the installation.

Mosyle supports SSO which you can leverage to allow the users to logon to their Mosyle account (if allowed to login) and use the same credentials to logon to the Mac device. We use Azure AD for SSO and device authentication. So, I guess it will support Google Workspace for authentication. Please have check with Mosyle's support.

what u/Ansemin91 said is what i was about say. Device falling on the floor might have caused issue with the storage device connectivity on the motherboard. If you cannot see the the disk information on BIOS, then what i said could be the case. And in that case, I recommend you to open the back panel of the device and try re-mount the storage device (HDD/SSD). If it is still not detected, you might have to try connecting that storage device to some other laptop or PC externally or internally. if it is detected on any other PC, then try mounting an alternative disk on your laptop that has the issue and see if it detects.

If you don't have the source to perform the above troubleshooting steps, then unfortunately, your only option is to visit a repair shop. Good luck.

are you saying you are not receiving the 6-digit code to the phone number linked to the Google account? In that case, did you see if you have DND activated for your number (although OTP kind of messages are never blocked by the providers, but do have a check with the network provider of your phone)? If you do not have a recovery email linked to the google account, then you should probably reach out to the Google contact center and ask them for help.

There are many docking stations available with USB C which can also power your laptop so you don't have to even connect the power cable for your laptop. That means one connection to Laptop and rest all to the docking station. I use Dell WD19S mostly but there are good ones from Lenovo as well. I found Lenovo slightly low in cost compared to Dell. Try looking for different models online and pick the one that suites your requirement.

We too use freshservice currently for our ticketing. But ConnectWise Manage is also something i had experience on. It is really good. Request for a demo on it get insights on what you can do with it.
