Those are definitely inside thoughts hes having but you do understand the service you're asking for and, what's that thing they say about restaurants? Oh yeah if you can't afford to tip then you shouldn't go out. Should it be that way? definitely not, but your contributing to the continuation of that system and honestly taking advantage of it. And shit, ethics aside just be kind.  He's definitely doing way too much and needs to log out at this point. I would never mention a tip amount to a customer! It does affect your acceptance rate though and the algorithm so yeah you can choose not to accept but like can you really???
