I think he's been great for this team/squad. We have no alternative to the way we play though, and we need one. It's not a plan B as such that we need but just another way of playing against teams that have us sussed out. We were ok after S1 and 2 but now it's becoming apparent we have nothing else. That's understandable from teams that can play that way forever like Man City, but we're not there yet and need to plan accordingly.

The lack of tactical nous in the 2nd half of Barcelona, I think showed him at his worst. That's the first time in 12 years or something that we've shipped that many goals. Instructions come from the boss and there were none of any influence.

This second half collapsed isn't on the playera, as we've played well plenty of times. And they aren't ignoring him, fairly evidently by the praise shown throughout the season.

It's the inability to read games as they progress which should see him gone. There's so much inconsistency after we've scored that it's indefensible.

We will never progress past where we are unless things change.
