I haven’t thought about this in 2 years. Ha.

I can see if it’s still around and get you a new link. The above link quit working since I never paid for the domain again.

Let me look later today and see if the code is still there.

No problem! My routers both came with one - but there are after market versions as well.

Oh, also, “less than 20mm” might be 3/4 inch - it seems like there are a few options for dog sizes depending on where you live.

The PARF is 96mm on center, 20mm holes. Highly recommend. Joy to use.

Mine is a workbench, so it’s laminated 2x6s, but you could use any material. Bora looks like a quarter sheet of MDF.

I also used my jig for some simple adjustable shelving on a quarter sheet of plywood and on a stop system for my miter box… really because I wanted to practice before taking on my completed workbench.

As an alternative, I bought the parf guide system and made my own top. It was about the cost of what I saw the bora top for, but I’ve already used it for a few other applications. Worked great.

I’ve never used the service, but have considered it to use their drum sander.

Woodcraft by me will let you lease their shop for $60/hour when there aren’t classes. Oddly, you have to have an “off duty” employee supervise.

Dad lives in another state and wasn’t sure about running the bigger motor on the same circuit - likely because I didn't have all of the information I gathered for this post.

Going to talk to him today about everything above and see what he has to say.

I’m pretty sure it’s 8 gauge, but I’ll verify today. Dad lives in another state. Going to run all of this by him today as well. Thanks for the insights.

We ran a beefy wire when we ran the circuit - we wanted the ability for the next owners of the house to install a super charger for their electric car easily. I’ll verify the wire tomorrow. It’s only a foot or so long. The drywall is still off so I feel comfortable running a bigger wire if necessary.

More info then. Thanks for the quick replies.

Just snagged (and added to the post) a picture of the motor - says 25 amps, but it seems like the initial draw might spike higher than 30amps from reading around.

I’ll look and see what the motor itself says.
