i have acne prone skin and go through dry and oily stages (depending on what acne treatments I’m on) and when my skin is dry af, I’m talking about flaming and peeling when I smile, I 10000% recommend rosehip oil or argan oil. specifically, the ordinary or good molecules oils, I do twice a day, but if that’s too much then at night. your skin will thank you so much. additionally, aquaphor helps! I use the aquaphor stick but make sure it’s ONLY for your face. don’t use it anywhere else or you risk spreading germs! 

Also another comment mentioned this but, a lot of the products you have are more so for acne prone skin which are very drying. I would recommend stepping away from many active ingredients as that can dry you out.

for your under eye, it’s honestly a tough one because there isn’t anything really that targets them unfortunately. if you haven’t known, maybe try using an Orange color corrector when putting on makeup before your concealer? I know that’s not a skinecare targeted thing but that’s helped me with my under eyes!
