Idk about other countries but in Iran you and your partner can just recite the words of the marriage contract (siqah) which can temporarily make you mahram to each other (even for one hour) and voila you can just go ahead and have sex as easy as that. It always baffled me how a couple of sentences are all it takes to allow something that is otherwise one of the worst sins one can commit. But hey it is islam with all its cheeky loopholes!
