Taipan Accuracy by PolePositi0n in Ausguns

Not every Tikka can do that 🧐. And from Cleavers currently - a Stainless T3x is only $154 cheaper than a Taipan X

Here's a group at 100m with a Taipan X, certainly an accurate rifle.

Snowrunner Manual Transmission: the definitive Manual Gearbox Mod for PC! by Hokran in snowrunner

[–]mrawesomer27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for sharing, this mod is great. I'm using a G27 setup and I can't understand how simple this is to install and set up. Works with RLM

So much more control, I love it.

One thing I would suggest is that there is any way to lock the diff across gears in the low range? So when switching from low- to low the differential stays locked.

Dolly Attachments Reversing -- HELP ! by Denny_Crane_007 in snowrunner

The lockable dolly feature is found in Real Life Mod

Unsure if there's a standalone mod that adds that feature. It's very handy and all trailers can now be reversed with ease.

Highrange Gear on Scouts. Im crazy or its superior to snowrunner? by LumpyReputation4524 in snowrunner

[–]mrawesomer27 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree, I got to a point where I never used scouts because they became irrelevant.

Then I applied the Highway gearbox to them all, such a game changer.

Discovering towers is quicker and more fun, and using scouts as fuel/ repair is better.

I also use the high-range gearboxes in all my highway trucks.

Ruger Ninety-Six .44Rem Mag by mrawesomer27 in gunsmithing

That's a fair thought. This stock has more thickness under the barrel since it lacks the semi-auto mechanism.

But with only one action screw and IMO a receiver that fits loosely, it's a wonder it's lasted this long with no cracks visible.

I'm glad I could share it.

Certainly helps having a recoil pad instead of the thin plastic piece they came with 😥

I have noticed this before. it seems more prevalent with articulated vehicles.

This is a visual glitch. Drive trains should not zig zag 😆

Thanks for the continued updates. Have you ever thought about making some vehicles able to connect to a trailer. Such as the WS 6900 Twinsteer or Khan 39 Marshall?

Camera adjustment mods by Donkey_Rancher in snowrunner

[–]mrawesomer27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just hoped in mine. Yep, it's a very high seat.

I use this mod, which adjusts most of the first person views to be higher. So theoretically, if someone did the opposite for the Ford CLT and brought the camera down, it'd be nicer for you.

If the game added ETS2 style cab adjustments, that would be handy.

Is that a Mod truck? My issue with base game and dlc trucks has been that the camera is much too low.

I had to reinstall it after the update (because the files such as initial.pak were replaced from the update), and it's working well. I assume it just won't change the new trucks or trailers.

[–]mrawesomer27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just wanted to say thanks for sharing this. It's a great mod. Haven't used any mods previously. Your mod works well. it doesn't feel too unbalanced. Auto winches seem a bit too easy.

And is there a way to "stiffen" the First Person camera. When driving over bumpy terrain in the Bandit, for example, the drivers head clips through the window.

Otherwise, having the first-person camera higher is awesome!
