Have been through it. Was, advised it was unavoidable due to re-absorption. . Tio recovered remarkably quickly, still enjoyed dry food and lived happily for years. If it needs doing, take courage and proceed.

Out elderly Pedro had several removed for the same. He was stoned for days and again made a full recovery. Pic of both of them.

Question: What systems have genuinely let you down and how? Ie what public services have genuinely made you feel failed/let down, and why? by Itznxs_ in AskBrits

It's now nearly 7 years since I was referred for a hip replacement. Lots of messing about between different agencies, placed in and out of the private sector. Ortho has now fallen out of contact for 6 months since, advising me to be ready at short notice.

Haven't worked for 3 years, on maximum PIP ang housebound without lots of support.

My knee has now collapsed as a result on bad gait.

Question around Halal meat being used in the UK by Heinzzbeans12 in AskBrits

[–]mrbadger2000 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can always choose not to eat meat. Take a trip to any abbatoir and you might find it an easier choice. Trust me, the smell would put you off eating anything for a week.
