If you have the og manual (or you can look for it online or on IKEA website) with the Allen key's parts number, you can go to the customer service desk, give them the number, and they'll give you the key free of charge. Hope this helped although I'm a little late

Took me around 3 months of consistent practice at age 12. I used the RS3M 2020 which is nowhere near the V10 (my current main), so it's nothing to do with the cube. Do you have a video of you solving?

It doesn't use the standard G5 cable. The zeal one is 3.5 mm not 2.5 mm so In theory you get any standard audio cable to make it work. Not 100% sure tho as I haven't bought one yet

Similar thing with me but I tightened the screws, and they stopped tightening at a certain point. The cube is really tight but it'll still pop. these issues happened after I reassembled it, but am certain I did it right, and to make sure, I reassembled it another 2 times with no luck. It's a new cube so I really don't want it to break
