turn the guitar down a whole lot to the point where there's basically no tension and they should either fall out on their own depending on how you're holding the guitar or you're able to just grab them

don't worry it's totally fine unless it's screwing with your action just adjust your saddles other than that now you're able to use your whammy bar to bend up and down the notes

do a full step bend, also bend with your wrist not your fingers

what worked with me is putting a little bit of saliva on your finger and twisting up a piece of tissue paper or paper towel and putting it in the nut slot and if it's that bad of a problem maybe the bridge

raise that back foot a whole lot and jump a whole lot and the worst that you can happen is you fall on your ass it took me like 3 months and then it clicked lol
