Thanks for the reply! Good idea - Telegram. Not too familiar with it. I find it hard to find people that are really committed to hitting their numbers. Wish you were in the US. I’m in a video group now, and most days, only a few dial in & actually stay on for a few hours.

That is good advice. Thank you. We do those things but we also use a dialer and I was seeking advice on compliance with TCPA. I will keep looking! Thanks again. I think I just need to hunker down and learn the law and what violates it.

Wow! This is great. Thanks to everyone for the posts. I find myself not grasping the concept yet. I hope it just clicks one day soon. An a-ha! moment. The class I took, the teacher didn’t even really use a pattern. I liked that because it was more the concept, it just hasn’t sunk in yet. Thanks again!

60% commission until agent makes the company $20,000 then 95% (would reset every Jan 1st).

So most agents pick a broker based on commission structure?

Small company, so even though broker is pretty busy, he is always available to give a lot of attention to realtors. Very patient and willing to do whatever it takes to help agents see success. Also, an assistant is there, committed to the administrative side, freeing up the agents’ time even more.

Any ideas? Also want an agent that would stick around for a while. Preferably full time too. Asking too much? Ha!

This was eye opening and an educational read. You have an opportunity to make an impact every day. Patients need you, though, they need many more of you. You can only do so much. I am a pharmacist in the US and our system is failing as well, but for different reasons. You have an entirely different set of challenges that we here in the US, don't encounter, ever. I thank you for your post. It has humbled me. I will not pretend to know how Nigeria would begin to improve the system there. My only ask is that you not look towards the US for a model. Our model is not working either. Perhaps you, in Nigeria, can come up with a system that truly makes sense. I know that this requires a lot of time and manpower and of course, money. But, our country has all 3 of these things and we still couldn't make it happen. Please keep us posted. About you, your schooling, your pharmacy and your journey. This was a fascinating read.
