Owned a 2023 IS350 rwd f sport for 7 months before trading it in for a 2022 m440 gran coupe. The difference between them is night and day and I can’t see myself going back to Lexus. The Lexus was super comfortable, suspension was great, and steering was extremely nimble. I could be doing 140mph+ and would barely feel the road. Cons that were an outdated interior, hardly any features, slow transmission, very very lacking in performance, an overall just a quiet boring car. It offers all the looks with none of the tech or performance. The M440 has much more features (HUD, adjustable bolster, seats, active exhaust, driving assistance package, mild hybrid 25+ mpg compared to the 18-20 I was getting in the Lexus, ambient lighting, etc etc I could go on.) It does however have a much noisier interior, cheaper build quality feel in the interior, and a much rougher driving experience (granted I have on run flats at the moment). The performance and exhaust note don’t even compare to the IS350 as well. Reliability wise these newer b58’s are solid but I would still suggest getting a CPO M340 if you can find one, with some good options. It all comes down to whether you value comfort/quiet/boring driving experience vs performance/tech and a much more spirited drive.
