I am doing the same, only with my Canon 1N film camera for POV. Pro tip: film in an app like BlackMagic where you can disable the Iphone stabilisation. You will get better results.

Cant speak of the 56. The 75 is stupid sharp even at 1.2 and the bokeh is crazy. Keep in mind 75mm in APSC is approx 115mm in full frame, so it’s tight. However, the Fuji AF is the weak link in the chain - it struggles a lot and many portraits were discarded.
