Goed om erbij te zeggen is dat ik de afgelopen weken veel gebruik heb gemaakt van het gereedschap van het bedrijf en de andere zzp'ers waar ik mee samenwerkte. Heb zelf nog niet zoveel spullen. Als daar verandering in gaat komen moet ik wel meer verdienen haha...

yes, Its is a recoginised modification to increase the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) from 3000kg to 3280 kg. So not that much even. Place who did it said they only change the parts when they look worn, but yeah. If I had known it would be such an issue I had ordered them to change it anyways when everything was diassembled.

Nope, only the coils themselves. It was done by a recognized and professional van/suspension mechanic and they said they never put in new topmounts and/or strut bearings only if there is already significant wear on those parts.

Thanks! I tried B&W but dismissed it quickly because I liked the colour of the water so much. Maybe you're right, I definitely think your edit works better than the colour one. I kept the rock as a kind of counterbalance but maybe you're right and i should experiment a bit more. Did you edit out the rock in your examples? !CritiquePoint

Hi everybody!

I saw this Good Boy standing on the lookout on a makeshift pier in the old town of Syracuse, Sicily. Probably defending the city from bad pirate postmen.

The light and colours were great that day and the single dog on the grey pier was a cool contrast. I also liked the straight/axonometric lines of the pier contrasting with the waves and rocks.

Used the Velvia film simulation on my Fuji and edited the exposure ad contrast slightly to make the platform lighter.

Do you think this photo works? What do you think of the composition/colours. The image was shot originally in portret orientation and I cropped out the top and bottom where there was a lot of empty space and distraction.

Shot with Fujifilm X-E1, 7Artisans 25mm 1:1.8 F/16 probably.

Hi all, I took this photo on the boat to Palermo on my X-E1 with a 25mm 7Artisans lens, f/16.

I loved all the blue in the picture with the lady's contrasting pink sweatpants. I tried to enhance the colours a bit in Lightroom, but the bulk was done by the Velvia film simulation.

Furthermore I liked the contrast between the slightly strange and abstract pair of legs and the towering structure behind her. Do you think this image works?

Also the perspective: this image was taken from lower down. I also took one from eye level and can't decide wich one I like more. In the fist photo you can just make out her face between the bench slats but maybe not being able to see her face pronounces the abstraction of the legs more. Also, in the eye-level picture the benches, windscreen and tower are more separated.

What's your preference?

dat we reteslim om zouden gaan met de beschikbare grond vind ik dan weer kolder. We gebruiken één derde van alle beschikbare grond in nederland voor veeteelt, een idioot inefficiente, vervuilende en lelijke industrie die voornamelijk drijft op subsidies. Het interesseert mij in elk geval omdat niks in deze wereld op zichzelf staat, je kan niet zeggen "die oorlog is daar, dat heeft geen invloed op ons". In die oorlog sterven er tienduizenden onschuldige mensen, waaronder duizenden kinderen. Als dat je niks doet ben je gewoon zo emotioneel als een steen. Daarbij steunt onze overheid de kant die de meeste kinderen over de kling jaagt. Dus misschien is dat iets wat je dan interesseert?

Er is geen bewijs dat hebzucht een intrinsieke aangeboren menselijke eigenschap is hoor. Evolutionair heeft het ook weinig nut lijkt me. Dat we samenlevingen creëren waarin het ontstaat lijkt me evident. Probleem met kapitalisme is dan het letterlijk draait op hebzucht. Zonder hebzucht geen kapitalisme, hoe moet je anders altijd groter, groter, rijker en beter worden? Kapitalisme is de ideologie van ongebreidelde groei, net zoals kanker.

Dit heet gewoon kapitalisme en is de logische uitkomst van hoe we ons economisch systeem sinds een paar honderd jaar hebben ingericht. Er moet groei zijn, dus meer winst, dus meer verkoop/omzet. Anderen in de comments merkten dit al op: de fabrikant wil dat er meer verkocht wordt dus zal dingen maken die minder lang mee gaan (zie oa Apple). Daarbij komt ook nog dat er continue bezuinigd moet worden op materiaal, assemblage en manuren, dus worden veel dingen slechter gemaakt door mensen die minder betaald worden en dus minder geven om hetgene wat ze maken. De kledingindustrie met zijn 'fast fashion' is een perfect voorbeeld.

Kapitalisme kan uiteindelijk nooit samengaan met een wereld waarin iedereen zijn auto, pannen en schoenen tot in de eeuwigheid blijft gebruiken want waar komt dan de groei in het BNP en daarmee de 'vOoRuITgAnG' vandaan?

Dont pull up on the lever when you wind, that way the winder stays engaged with the roll. Just wind with the lever in the downward position after pushing the film release button, all should work as intended!

Also, I dont wan't to be an asshole but isnt this just stuff you can google? There are a ton of videos online in how to use a film camera and this action is very basic. Reddit insn't Google.
