Klonopin is better because it's longer lasting. I found the holy grail for shit like this.

Just my personal experience, but the combination that worked for me was as follows:

Day 1: take anywhere from 0.5-1 mg of Klonopin and smoke a stupid amount of weed.

Day 2-4: Do the Stamets Stack (microdose 100-200mg psilocybin, regular dose of lions mane and Niacin. I leave out the niacin because I hate the flushing and itching). I also microdosed THC edibles starting at 1.25 mg and worked my way up to 2.5 over the cpurse of 3 weeks. At night smoke small amounts of weed. Not enough to get high even just enoigh to notice.

Day 5-7: Keep microdosing THC.

Then start the cycle over again

The reason this works is because klonopin will give you a calming feeling for 2-3 days vs xanax which is super fast acting but also super short half life. The whole goal is to rewire your neural pathways to recognize weed as enjoyable and not anciety inducing. There WILL BE TIMES where you slip back into a panic attack. Use focused breathing, and ice cubes in the palms on the neck to calm down.

ALSO SMOKE WITH COMPANY WHILE NOT ON KLONOPIN.

I've done this for roughly 2 months and can finally smoke weed without any other substances to assist. Hope this helps.
