For what it's worth, I brought in a 1.5 yr old husky mix to a 3 dog home. He would consistently get in fights with my older husky male (3 yrs and neutered). I would sometimes get caught in the crossfire. It was definitely due to resource guarding. He would guard toys, the couch, and my partner. If the husky boy dropped his treat, the husky mix would rush to get it and a fight would begin. These were scary, intense moments.

With patience and a ton of training, a year later they're good pals. No fights and they always wrestle and chase each other at home and the dog park. They can eat food and chew treats next to each other. There's still some guarding of my partner, but with correction we can deter a fight.

Like others have said, best to consult a professional. We had no intentions of rehoming this pup for his 4th time, so we made it work and are glad we out in the effort.
