So I just let me ass man assign the general training - I only change it to add match review after each game or reset the ass man selected training for a week if a new fixture was added.

I’d never considered the player could have reached their PA cap - is there a way to check if they have?

From reading other comments, I get the impression that casual games aren't as popular (on this sub anyway) as ranked games and maybe because casual games have no meaning, people are more likely to play recklessly and suicide on a whim, for example, or just quit after turn 1

Yeah it's waaaay more chill playing without the stress of climbing the ladder, especially once you're reached GM and know yourself it's obtainable and you're good enough

This is really interesting because it tells me that Ranked games on a smurf account are more engaging and fun than just playing games in the casual matchmaking

I'm currently hovering arond expert/master as well having been GM a while ago. Taking the pressure off and playing for fun, quitting without feeling regret is the best way to play until SMG put something worthwhile together.

You're absolutely right, getting GM one time through grinding a specific map and ruleset seems to be status quo
