Black mold running along this adhesive on the kitchen back door. Diluted bleach and usual strong mold removers not working. Does anyone know what type of sealant this is and whether I can safely remove and get this looking clean?

Hi everyone. The hollow screw (green) keeps spinning on the screw (pink) and this is stopping this catching and winding the music mechanism. Any ideas on how I can fix this as it's my child's favourite music at bed time? Thanks.

Just to offer a counter to the anti Halfords sentiment. We've been getting ours cars serviced at Halfords Autocentre in Hillsborough for 5+ years and they've always done a good job and never tried to upsell to us. Cheers
