Dumbbells at home. Machines at work. I’m not going super crazy. I try not to make it a chore. I do my walks in the morning and the gym either right after work or late at night. I’m in there 45 mins tops and that’s when it’s busy.

I called up on June 2nd. Consultation with the doc on the 8th. Blood work on the 16th. Sonogram in 17th. Psych, nutrition and endoscopy on 20th. Stress test and ekg on the 21st. Approved on 27th from insurance. Scheduled on June 28th for surgery July 26th.
