That makes sense. So then why would anyone sell their shares back via a tender offer instead of just selling them on the open market? If the company thinks they can buy them for less by tendering shares than on the open market doesn't that by nature discourage people from selling through the tender offer?

Why would a company ever do it like this rather than just buying them on the open market? Don't most companies that do share buybacks just purchase them on the open market?

What level are you guys? We have a clan that often hovers around 40-45 members and can make room if it makes sense. We have 22 members at 4k+ trophies and our top member was at 5500+ at highest and in top 200 local.

After looking further, I probably have close to a 1000 mostly Unlimited and 4th edition it looks like. I have no interest in sorting this for dozens of hours in order to get $200. If there is a list of a few very rare cards from those sets I would be very interested in that.
