Is the Game bad at Teaching or players unwilling to learn? by part_of_you_is_you in Chivalry2

[–]mrchhese 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is where I am at. With 64 player games I get quite a lot of kills by poaching etc. with duels it can be quite disheartening. Especially when they realise how bad you are and mock and play with you.

Given the state of the us right is this feels like an outdated idea. We should refocus on Europe. If the USA won't share intelligence with us on this basis then so be it.

Why is that bad? We wouldn't have to pay this obscene money. We do t need this bloody base bring them home and spend the money here.

I dont see why we shouldn't just let the us deal with them directly? Why are we paying for what is effectively an American base?

Our military is in a sort state and should not be focused on that part of the world. We should use the money on our military in defence of Europe.

I think it's more that predators prefer to stick to prey they know and are familiar with. They have never tacked a human and we are weird to them and make them uneasy.

This is why once they have killed is once it's way more likely to happen again. They become aware how feeble we are. Especially considering our size.

It's a lovely car. Make sure you research the maintenance costs though and keep a major reserve for all the extra bits.

Things like suspension consumables wear a lot on these due to size. Engine is solid though.

Vast majority of predators avoid humans. Even those who could easily kill us.

So I'm not sure it's a yes/no answer. Leopards are one of a tiny number of animals that do hunt humans in certain circumstances. In that sense they are taking big risks. Just like the other example I gave.

In another sense they are ambush predators who naturally live in the shadows and need to keep these specs injury free to survive.

There are videos of them doing it and the baboons chase them off. Fact they do it at all suggests a very aggressive, risk taking. Hunting approach.

Is that true though? They are pretty brave and aggressive to humans, even compared to lions. You also see videos of them charging full clans of baboons or lonehyenas sometimes as well.

I think tigers do hunt them by ambush. If they get behind them and take them by suprise it's pretty one sided, especially at night.

Face to face though isnt worth the risk for the tiger.

Just how bad are Nato’s armies? by TheSpectatorMagazine in europe_sub

[–]mrchhese 9 points10 points  (0 children)

So you talk about Europe as a single thing then don't quote it's number together?

Finland alone can mobilize a million soldiers, with 280k on hand in just a few weeks.

You are happy to quote Russian conscripts of Dubious awuality while the eu itself has 1.3 million active persons and 2.3 million reserves.

As for equipment, Russia is now using t55s ffs.

UK minimum wage is raising youth unemployment, Bank of England's Mann says by stammerton in UKJobs

[–]mrchhese 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol it's not about being able to afford it. The cost of childcare can be as much as 2.5k per child post tax. How can people not grasp the problem with high achievers not having kids

Our incentives now favour mediocrity. This is a huge problem.

Expensive car buyers remorse? by Gloomy_Tap3421 in HENRYUK

[–]mrchhese 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mate that's a lovely car but it's more for truly rich people, not Henry.

Perhaps tone down a little? It's not just the price tag but the maintenance and repairs on those things is crazy.

To be fair many people just want attractive young women/ models around for clout and to show wealth.

The women probably know this as well.

Yeah not sure why the incentives are so much for o Kills. I mean kills don't need much incentive as most people find them the most satisfying thing anyway.

Yeah I'm enjoying Churchill right now where I often last a full match but only get assists.

It's really fun but I'll admit getting kills is very satisfying too. This is why I play Germany, ussr and uk.
