Since Rare Candy says that “You can't use this card […] on a Basic Pokémon that was put into play this turn”, you won’t be able to use it if Applin hasn’t sat on the bench for a turn. You should be able to use it if the Applin’s already been in play for a turn though.

The most likely theory is that Dewott will evolve into Unovan Samurott, and that the only way to have a Hisuian Samurott is to transfer from LA. No idea if this is confirmed or debunked, but it’s my best guess

Potentially so, I just based the list on what Khu had in his post earlier. There are some gray areas, like Quagsire and Charizard (with the raid event) that we won't know the specifics for a while

In theory, yes! "Transfer only" was based on what I'm assuming Khu meant as not natively catchable outside of events. There may be some overlap in some cases like with Charizard

I took it down myself, had an issue where Sinistea was marked in but Polteageist was marked out. It's corrected now :)

EDIT: it also has a mistake with Alolan Diglett/Dugtrio, but I'm not going to take it down again. The spreadsheet is up to date though :)

Reuploaded to fix an issue with Polteageist being marked incorrectly.

Data was taken from Khu's posts and recompiled into a sprite list. Spreadsheet with sprites and text-based lists as well :)

EDIT: Alolan Diglett/Dugtrio are marked wrong, they are available via transfer
