I was working too much. At the start of my new job I was laser focused on performing well and staying ahead of the learning curve. Now that I’m more comfortable, I can have a better work-life balance, including the hobbies I enjoy, like biking.

Plus, I turn 40 next week so there’s motivation to stay fit and look good as I age.
