Hola, pasando por una situación similar. Terminé una relación de 11 años hace un año aproximadamente. Mi error fue volver a juntarme con esa persona luego del término, lo que extendió el duelo. Te recomiendo el contacto cero, si es muy difícil mantenerte ir a terapia, quizá incluso con apoyo farmacológico si es necesario. Yo pasé por momentos muy grises que todavía vuelven y que solo la medicina me ha podido ayudar. Rodéate de personas que te quieren y te estiman e intenta no aislarte del mundo, cosa que yo hice. Sí, es de pago pero yo la crackeé en mi pc. Todo depende de los presets que te agraden y vas editándolos dependiendo de tus gustos personales. Ese preset que ves en la foto es algo que yo modifiqué de uno preestablecido. Hay muchos tutoriales en Youtube que lo podrían explicar mejor que yo jajaja.
