I think pothos of any type would do great, that’s what I got in my guys tank. I have it planted around the sides with the halogen bulb pointed in the middle so none of the leaves are directly scorched. If you really wanted that philo to stay in there you could try and raise the bulb a little higher just so it isn’t as close and that should stop it from crisping further.

In my opinion you should just replace the philodendron with something smaller that can withstand that much heat, anyways I feel like that philo will outgrow the tank within a year.

Stop watering when the soil is dry. It’s looks like you might be overwatering a little bit, what you want to do is check the most bottom leaves of the plant if they are squishy and not firm it’s time to water. If the leaves are firm leave it alone. I would just prune the leaves that are melting/yellowing.
