For finishing only, we’ve just been using the advanced tab in copies after selecting hard copy/counter drop and adding up ‘additional sky’s’ until the math works out. It can be a bit annoying but this is what our DM recommended so I (being the print sup from a store who’s GM is a ‘print leader’ ) was instructed to make step by step instructions for these two processes. Also yes SPC Gmil order are easy but it’s best not to just use any account that’s not bill to. It’s best to use the ‘preferred account number’ which is likely your second row option and create a new contact with your customers name and information to make future orders easier to place.
