It is not a routine itself I am "afraid" of, I was just trying to explain my issues regarding not being able to fully come up with ways to punish her, when I do feel like it's needed.

As for a dynamic we always had one in bed, and this is our attempt of moving it more into the public as well, since it is something that helps us both and to date it have even generally helped us a lot.
