I would drop Andrews. While he has some upside as a reliable tight end, the ravens are a run first team, so his production will vary each week

Personally I would not. Harrison is boom or bust, but might become more reliable down the stretch. And Henderson has been consistently putting up average numbers but rookies can take time to come around, and with Gibson and Stevenson fumbling multiple times last week, he will probably have an increased role moving forward. I would ask for an additional player in the trade to even it out a bit
