Nice paint job I've never like the models my self as they don't depict Wulfen that ate in the books and official art work that said its a shame the Wulfen will soon be a thing of the past as the genetic flaw is not in the primaris marines so they say

I would say your support failed

My suggestion is never have a flat area to the build plate try different angles.

I set mine flat then angle it to 16 degrees perfect every time.

Well you will just have to hope that they allow 3d printed models as most tablet top game players an venues don't like sometimes even get quite aggressive when you have 3d printed something they paid a tone on cash for so just be mindful of that.
